09/30/2003 Archived Entry: "what the?"

Well, that goes to show that you never know who is reading what and how they are interpreting it. This whole experience has really put me on edge for the last few days and I’m currently at the point where I’m paying way too much attention to what I’m writing (and submitting) for fear of being struck by lightning.

The strange thing is that this all came to a head NOW when the incident actually happened 6 months ago and was of basically no consequence since I didn’t get the job anyways. I’d be interested in knowing all the background activity that went on before I was called in, like how Rayne was associated to my full name. The ethics committee actually had a go at this too!

I always assume that only my friends pay any REAL attention to this site and that any random people would only glance at it for a bit and never come back. Never had I thought that something written here would actually come back to haunt me somehow.

This is all Stephen’s fault.

I'd also like to add that it's immensely strange to see a print out of this site on the associate dean's desk when this site has nothing to do with my academic career. so very strange!

like for my history and film class, if i write anything about the matrix in either of the essays, it will come back to here and i'll get accused of plagarising jerome's comments! oh, won't someone think of the children? and MY PRIVACY! not to mention thai's and everyone else's who posts here!

i hope you write a really mean letter to them about this, and how it's invaing your privacy, and everything was circumstantial, and ALL THAT CRAP! like commitee on accusation of plagaris needs to think real hard before they start accusing people of it using very flimsy evidence

sorry about the vagueness of the entry =)

anyways, they found my site cuz the woman googled her own name and my site is the first hit that shows up when you do so, look at the "who" link up top.
