What is it with seeds? I mean, seedless grapes were perfect the way they were and here comes man deciding to genetically engineer seeded grapes. WTF?! Seedless grapes have survived without human intervention for millions of years and then all of a sudden we decide that we know better? And then there's the whole eating thing...eating seedless grapes is about 10^10^10 times better than seeded ones. You have to be all careful with your chewing when eating a seeded grape while you can just chomp down without a care in the world on the seedless variety - The Way Nature Intended.

Someone obviously hadn't thought this through carefully.

I was pretty sure that seedless grapes were genetically modified

indeed they are, otherwise grapes would never reproduce...

There is a reasin they have seeds after all. Same with bananas, watermellons, and oranges, among other fruits and vegetables.

unless of course this is some sort of backwards joke of Thai's. I wouldn't be surprised and walked right into it.

*blink* seedless grapes have been around since before genetic engineering.. unless you call selecting plants & seeds & getting them to reproduce genetic engineering.. which I suppose it's a form of, but not what we mean by the terms "genetic engineering"..

..what on earth was the purpose of this post?
