I knew this time would come eventually..Thai..you've grown up so fast. I'll put some time aside for you and we'll have this important chat. It brings a tear to my eye :(

Not only did my parents not discuss it with me, my mom was opposed to its introduction into elementary school.

Yeah, you guys shouldn't be having sex in elementary school.
You didn't answer the question, Doug. Which eye is tearing? Or..do you only have one?

Nope, never got one. And recently found out that my brothers never did get one either...

I'm pretty sure that talk is a mythical creation.

created by TV?! maybe our generation just didn't need it. I can imagine Dennis' mom or Shawn's dad giving this talk though.

I had one with my dad when i was around 6. The only thing i remember is that it didn't make any sense to me at the time. Oh well..

i was in grade 6 i believe - before i started learning the sex ed. mother sat down with me with a picture book (i remember there was a naked man and woman, cartoony and in a bathtub) and we went through it. then she left me alone with the book for a while and when she came back she said i could see the book again any time and read it or ask her questions.
