Rogers: "Hi, we think you should switch to Rogers."
Me: "okay, what'cha got?"
"75$ including tax for a phone line, taxes included. I guarantee it'll be at least 15% less than what you pay bell"
"sounds pretty good, but do you want to call me back on tuesday after I've looked at my numbers?"
"Why not sign up now? we'll take care of everything for you. I guarantee it's cheaper"
"If you're right, you have nothing to worry about, call me back on tuesday"
"okay, I'll speak to you on tuesday"
Me: checks bell, and sees 60$ bill
Rogers: never calls back.

*sigh* I hate Bell. I don't like Rogers much either. Why can't they be decent about the services they offer? Why can't they, when you call them to have that second outlet fee removed from your bill, and when you have a technician over to confirm that, indeed, you have no second tv, don't they goddamn fix your bill? Especially when the technician says they will? Why don't they offer to fix the past bill when you call them about the second outlet fee, since you already specified that you'd called in December to have this situation taken care of? Why, Thai, why?! *cries*
