So we were talking about the line between prostitution and pornography at work. Its confusing but not very complicated, and this extremely long CNN article sums it up in the end pretty well:

"Though two people may very much want to have sex with each other in private, the law can intervene to say that they cannot, just because one of them seeks money and the other gratification, for example.

If, however, both members of the couple are in it for the money, and there is a man with a camera taping them, then the sex is insulated by the Constitution from legal regulation."

But how do we use this little detail to our advantage, make tons of money, and rise to heaven? This is a problem I can solve, I believe, through in the magic of creating financially and legally independent entities: corporations. In a typical scenario of prostitution, a man solicits a woman, gives her money, and she gives him a service. In pornography, a third party hires and actor and an actress to engage in sexual acts which will be filmed and sold. Combining scenarios A and B will result in delicious amounts of money and ethical ambiguity.

We start off with a movie studio, which, due to my ego, we will call Long Films inc.. Long Films will, without irony, produce a series of amateur short films. Funding for these films would be obtained through sales of privately traded shares. So for example, let us say an investor, Mr. John A. Thumblesticks, decides to invest in Long Films inc. and buys a share of the company. The price of each share will be enough to fund the production and distribution of 1 film. Because Mr. Thumblesticks has funded this film, he may choose the actor of his choice (who will, of course, be paid a nominal fee by the movie studio). He may even, if he so desires, put himself in the starring role. Thumblesticks will also be tasked to with choosing the Actress, or even, actresses to co-star in the feature, and provide general direction for what he'd like to see in the film (staying within budget/price of share minus production overhead).

So there we go. I don't know all the ins and outs, but I think this would fly, legally. And as a bi-product, I think the videos would sell SO well. Really, Bang Bus is popular with amateur girls they find off the streets, it would, by induction, be DOUBLY popular if they had amateur guys also. And lets be honest, there's probably not a lack of guys who'd pay to be in one of those movies.
